Continuation of operations in the automotive sector ensured

Thanks to our multiple years of experience, we secured the continuation of operations of a medium-sized company in the automotive industry in its preliminary insolvency proceedings.

In the project at the Saxon company, the continuation of operations in the preliminary insolvency proceedings was the main goal of our efforts. In particular, our focus laid on the commercial support in all insolvency-specific questions. Another priority was the ongoing, inlvency-specific reporting and integrated continuation planning with scenario analysis. In close cooperation with the stakeholders, our team succeeded in securing the continuation of the company through the preliminary insolvency administration.
